Our Growth
Generous funding through strategic fundraising efforts and sponsorships has been pivotal in enabling Black Men Teach to expand our impact across the Twin Cities and beyond. Financial support has allowed Black Men Teach to triple the number of Teaching Fellows in the program and increase our classroom presence. By hiring specialized staff and expanding our internal infrastructure, we’ve enhanced our program’s efficiency with precision and passion. Rebranding and web development have amplified outreach, helping us connect with new partners and engage more communities.
This financial growth has translated into tangible results within our classrooms. Our growing number of Fellows, equipped with cultural relevance and educational expertise, directly impact students’ academic and social-emotional success. The ripple effect of this support has led to stronger relationships with partner schools, higher student engagement, and a growing sense of community across Minnesota’s educational landscape. Thanks to ongoing financial support, Black Men Teach is developing long-term solutions that shape the future of education and ensure sustainable, equitable progress for the next generation.
